Audit Executives
 
The Job:
As part of a team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Group, you will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audit of the companies within the Group.  These include process documentation, risk identification & assessment, evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. You are expected to be able to interpret audit results, develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate the risks and prepare audit reports.  You will also be required to research into new audit techniques and contribute towards continuing initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls in the Group.

Requirements :
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
  • Preferably CPA / CIA / CFE
  • At least 2 - 3 years of audit experience in a large organisation or an international public accounting firm.
  • Exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial or retail business audits is preferable.
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin.  Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiarity with organisational best practices
  • Willingness to travel overseas extensively

Finance Executive
 
The Job:
You will maintain full set of accounts of investment holding companies; handle billing, payments, journal, cash management; fixed asset management; prepare tax computation; liaise with tax agents and auditors on the accounts and submit GST and other statutory returns. You will also prepare budget and forecasts of these companies, audit schedules, financial statements and annual statutory report.

Learning Specialist
 
The Job:
You are required to plan and manage the database on facilitator and the learning and development (L&D) programmes, event and activities at CLIMB. Your role also requires you to plan and manage facility usage, monthly L&D statistics and present based on overall and breakdown by business units. You will also work with the Human Resources Information System team to develop a learning management system. You will assist in sourcing, developing, delivering and evaluating in-house programmes.
 
Requirements

Peoplesoft Executive
The Job:
  • Provide PeopleSoft HCM application support which includes response, resolve and track production problems, enhancements related to the application.
  • Customisation of PeopleSoft objects
  • Provide 1st level support for all technical issues
  • Configure PeopleSoft Global Payroll and Absence modules to meet business requirements when required
  • Develop test plan, test scripts and perform the testing to ensure the system development is in accordance to the business requirements

  • Experience in using Oracle database and well versed in troubleshooting sql statements, Strong SQL knowledge is a plus

Tax Executive
 
As a Tax Executive, you will handle income tax compliance work for group companies. Your role will include preparation of corporate tax computations and  providing assistance to the managers  in tax advisory and planning work, as well as corresponding with IRAS on tax compliance issues. Additionally, you may be required to handle adhoc GST matters.
